Book GP Appointments
For all new problems that may require an appointment patients or friends and family on their behalf need to complete an online form.
Provide provide as much information as possible to help the GP make an accurate assessment of your clinical need and whether an appointment is deemed urgent for the day or can be dealt with at a later date.
Please note if you are not in England we are unable to help you i.e. if you are out of the country on holiday you will need to source help locally.
WE MAY DIRECTLY BOOK YOU AN APPOINTMENT DATE AND TIME, SO PLEASE BE AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE REGARDING YOUR AVAILABILITY ON THE FORM. IF YOUR PROBLEM IS DEEMED CLINICALLY URGENT FOR TODAY WE WILL MAKE CONTACT (REGARDLESS OF YOUR STATED AVAILABILITY) AND IF A PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO BE AVAILABLE TO ATTEND THE SURGERY.
Administrative queries can also be submitted through the online form including requests for fitness to work forms.
For all non GP appointments please telephone the surgery.
If you do not have access to the internet you can call us on 01225 425807 and a medical administrator can complete the form on your behalf.

Our GP’s now routinely telephone patients and can often help without the need to see patients face to face.
