Nurse and HCA appointments will continue to be booked by calling reception on 01225 425807. If you are due an annual review you may be sent a booking link to directly book the appointment.

Once your problem has been assessed by a GP they will decide the appropriate timescale for you to see a clinician, we aim to see routine problems within 2 weeks, however if your require a specific clinician or time this may be longer.
Urgent appointments
If your appointment is considered urgent, we'll arrange for a GP or other Healthcare Professional to see or speak to you on the same day. We expect you to be available.
