Remote Consultations

We are able to help many patients in a telephone consultation, but many more can be helped if the GP or nurse can see the problem. This can be achieved through photographs.

In many cases we will send you a link in a text message so you can reply with a photograph. The image will then be saved to your medical record ahead of your telephone consultation.

If you are unable to reply to a text message with an image they can be sent in an email to: BSWICB.newbridge@nhs.net
