Arrange a GP home visit

If you or someone in your family is unable to come to the surgery because of severe illness or your are housebound, then you can arrange a home visit. Please complete as much information as possible in our medical query form.

The GP may initially call you back to discuss your request.

The visit may be carried out by one of our visiting Paramedics.

Visits for blood tests etc are carried out by the Community Nursing Team.
