Friends and Family Test
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) helps us to understand what services you are happy about and where improvements can be made. The test is a quick and simple way for you to give us your feedback after you’ve received a service from us.
How the FFT works
Every month we send a text message or email to pateints who attened the previous month. This is an opportunity for you to give feedback on your experience of our service if you want to. It also helps us know exactly what is and isn't working, so we can improve our services.
The test is anonymous, and your answers won't be traced back to you. If you would like feedback to your comment please use the contact us form instead.
